For each unique submission, the agency must formally warrant and represent to RAMP.Global that they;

• Have authority to submit a candidate’s data to RAMP.Global, the employer, and any relevant third party; and
• Have obtained the candidate’s consent to have their data submitted to RAMP.Global, the employer, and any relevant third party; and
• Comply with applicable data protection laws and have appropriate policies in place to facilitate their compliance.

The agency (and thereby the candidate) will be informed that candidate data may not only be processed by the employer, but also any relevant ‘third-party’. A relevant third party may be any applicant tracking system (ATS) used by the employer to handle candidate data.

Upon account set up, you set the rebate policy, which can be set on a global, regional or for any specific agencies.

All employers have complete control over the agency fees and rates that you agree with agencies. This can be set on a global, regional or even job level. RAMP.Global does suggest the best fees and rates to post your job.

We offer three pricing tiers dependent upon your needs.

• A standard account is free to use.
• A professional account is based on hiring success. You only pay when you make a hire.
• An enterprise account consists of an annual licence fee which is determined by factors such as the number of users, no. of agencies managed and no. of countries you’re hiring into.

Through the platform you can access over 23,000 staffing agencies in 100+ countries in several specialist areas. The agencies in our network typically supply into professional and experienced role types. If you would like to understand the network capability, contact us and we will provide a report for any job category and location.

We prioritise the trust and security of our staffing agency network. When onboarding new agencies, we have a comprehensive screening process in place to ensure compliance and reliability. Our screening process includes:

• During registration, collecting their company registration number to verify the legitimacy of the business.
• During onboarding, we request a copy of their privacy policy and check they are registered with ICO to assess their commitment to ensuring compliance with privacy laws and data protection regulations.

Absolutely! During an onboarding to the platform, you can add any existing agencies to RAMP.Global who will go through an expedited vetting process and set up to be approved to work with you. You can also refer any new agencies who express an interest by redirecting them to us, and we will onboard them on your behalf.

Yes! Whilst posting a job, we will automatically match your job to the best staffing agencies, based on the requirements. The agencies matched and suggested are based on previous performance, specialist areas and locations they can cover.

On your account, within the analytics dashboard, there is a “fees & spend” tab which enables you to see total spend, spend on a monthly basis and a breakdown of your spend by job category, skill and country. If you’d like to find out more, book a demo with our team.

You can view agency performance as a holistic view across the whole business, in a specific location or job category. You can also view an individual agency’s performance on their profile including additional areas where they may be able to support you in hiring.

Our policy is to hold candidate data for as long as is reasonably necessary.

Candidate Profile Data may be retained for a maximum period of two (2) years after a job requisition closes, after the expiry of any Candidate Ownership period, or after the confirmed receipt of all fees payable to the Agency – whichever is later.

CVs and Personal Data may be retained for a maximum of sixty (60) days after the expiry of any applicable rebate or candidate ownership period.
