The data we collect from You and process when You use our Services may be transferred or stored in a destination outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It also may be processed by staff outside of the EEA. RAMP Global will only transfer or store data with either i) the express consent of the data subject or an authorised representative of the data subject, or, ii) to or in a location that ensures an adequate level of protection as recognised by the EU’s adoption of an adequacy decision.

All documents can be translated into several languages to enable agreements and the platform is available in 10 languages. RAMP.Global also supports local currencies, which makes it easier when managing payments or reporting spend.

Through our API, we connect with many popular applicant tracking systems enabling employers to release jobs and engage agencies through your ATS. Receive candidate submissions and provide candidate feedback without the need to sign in to two separate systems.

Our unified payment process typically begins on the candidate’s start date, whereby, we will invoice the employer, the employer pays RAMP.Global and after receipt of funds and on the due date, we pay the agency.

Our payment terms for employers are 30 days as standard for any permanent placements confirmed through the platform and 14 days for contract placements.

The payment terms for agencies however are set by the employer and are typically between 30 and 60 days.

With a standard account, there are no fixed term agreements, however customers on professional and enterprise accounts typically sign up to 2 years.
