John Paul has worked across the recruitment and HR technology market for 20 years and is responsible for leading the business and growth of the platform. Since Ramp Global’s inception, he has raised significant investment to develop the technology platform and build the team. Prior to setting up RAMP Global, John Paul worked for two major global staffing agencies, Michael Page and Manpower, before setting up his own recruitment agency specialising in Accountancy & Finance.
Geoff has built, run and transformed businesses in media, digital, recruitment technology and SaaS to deliver exceptional growth and revenue results. He has assembled high performing teams and worked with both established corporates, DMGT Plc and Reach Plc, and scaling start-ups. Geoff’s role at RAMP Global is to manage central commercial operations and product development.
Tomas has 15 years’ experience in software development, ranging from low level operating system integrations, creating memory models for AI agents, developing internal tools for company management, and securing infrastructures of fintech companies. He has managed multiple teams in fields such as e-commerce and cybersecurity and now leads the RAMP Global developers to enhance and improve the platform to meet the changing needs of the market.
Lenna has 16 years in the recruitment industry across both corporate and early-stage businesses, Lenna has a real passion for customer success and enjoys working in a challenging and fast paced environments.Previously working for global recruitment agency Michael Page, Lenna manages Ramp Global’s key accounts, ensuring new clients are onboarded onto the platform efficiently. Working closely with a team of account managers to optimise supplier performance to increase agency engagement, fulfilment, time-to-hire and cost savings.
Katherine manages the RAMP Global platform, overseeing our roadmap whilst working with clients and internal teams to develop performance and customer experience led features.She believes each challenge is the start of a new improved product, and focuses on creating a robust foundation at a feature’s concept stage, to ensure long lasting results.
Jovan has 7 years experience in the recruitment and HR tech industry managing the marketing capabilities for early stage businesses. Jovan works with the product, sales and marketing team to ensure that employers and staffing agencies are getting the best out of the platform, with a keen interest in how technology impacts the way we work.
Twysden has been a board advisor and founder of many businesses over the last 25 years. Having started his life in the leisure & entertainment sector, he went onto to be involved in property, security, luxury goods and recruitment businesses. He has also advised charities in the UK and abroad. Twysden is a major investor and board member of RAMP Global having established, invested in and sold businesses across multiple sectors, and has experience in growing nascent and start-up businesses to tens of millions of turnover.
Howard has been working in the HR Tech space for over 15 years founding, managing and advising. He has a background in technology sales and strategic growth consultancy. Howard is an investor and board member of RAMP Global. His passion for bringing the best HR and Talent tech to market led to the creation of HG Solutions over 15 years ago. He is dedicated to generating the best return for the #HRTech Founders and Investors he works for.
Brad has a passion for HR technology and a proven track record of investing in & advising high-growth companies transforming work on a global scale. Previously as a member of the executive leadership team at Velocity Global, one of the world’s largest HR technology and services businesses, Collins helped lead the company through over 20x revenue growth and to a $2 billion valuation in five years. He lives and breathes the world of HR & enterprise technology and his track record in the B2B SaaS industry is invaluable in supporting our ambitious global growth plans.
Daniel has over 20 years of experience advising international media and technology companies on legal and strategic matters. He has worked in the sector as both a lawyer and entrepreneur, so has first-hand experience of the perspective of the founders as they scale-up. Daniel is the In-House Legal Advisor and supports on all commercial and contractual matters spanning a broad range of areas from investment to contract negotiation and platform SaaS agreements. He also advises on data protection and intellectual property issues.
