How do you manage candidate consent?

For each unique submission, the agency must formally warrant and represent to RAMP.Global that they;

  • Have authority to submit a candidate’s data to RAMP.Global, the employer, and any relevant third party; and
  • Have obtained the candidate’s consent to have their data submitted to RAMP.Global, the employer, and any relevant third party; and
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws and have appropriate policies in place to facilitate their compliance.

The agency (and thereby the candidate) will be informed that candidate data may not only be processed by the employer, but also any relevant ‘third-party’. A relevant third party may be any applicant tracking system (ATS) used by the employer to handle candidate data.
