RAMP Global are committed to upholding high standards, honest values, and ethical practice. These principles play an important role in the admission of agencies to our community and ensure that all parties are clear on their responsibilities.

This code outlines RAMP Global’s standards of conduct.

Agency Code for the Recruitment Process

Receiving and Engaging on New Jobs

  • Once a job has been released to the RAMP Global platform, you will be alerted by email.
  • Please carefully review the job details, and any applicable terms, prior to your engagement. RAMP Global will be available to answer any questions you may have.
  • Familiarising yourself with the employer’s business before engaging is best practice and will improve your chances of making a successful placement.
  • You should not engage on a job that you do not reasonably believe you will be able to supply appropriately skilled candidates for.
  • All jobs you work on for an employer that has chosen to use RAMP Global will be facilitated through the platform.
  • If you are engaged directly by an employer, you should inform RAMP Global as soon as practicable.
  • Engaging an employer directly regarding a requisition that either is, or should be, facilitated via the RAMP Global platform will constitute a breach of this code of conduct.

Briefing and Supplying Candidates

  • Agency briefings can be arranged on your behalf by the RAMP Global Account Managers. These will be coordinated with the internal recruitment team of the employer, who will invite the hiring manager to join if necessary.
  • All candidate submissions must be made using your registered account on the RAMP Global platform.
  • You should never send speculative candidate CVs to the employer or any member of their Internal Recruitment Team.
  • When submitting a Candidate application, please always ensure that the full name of the candidate is visible.
  • You must not include the employer’s name or salary information on any job advertising (including your own website), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the employer.
  • Please ensure that candidates submitted by you possess the relevant skills, qualifications, and ability for the specific role.
  • Any feedback sought by you regarding your submissions can be requested by using the RAMP Global messaging system within the platform. Please refrain from using any method other than the RAMP Global messaging system to seek feedback.

Payment & Billing

  • All commercial terms and fees are set on a job-by-job basis. Please ensure that your fees align with the terms.
  • If a job on the platform has been set at a different fee percentage to what is specified in the employer terms, the recruitment fee payable will be based on the percentage displayed on the platform.
  • Upon successful placement, a recruitment fee will be payable to you according to the terms agreed.
  • RAMP Global will be responsible for processing all fees payable to you. No invoices should be sent to an employer directly, unless you have been specifically advised to do so, in writing, by RAMP Global.
  • RAMP Global is under no obligation to release payment until funds have been received in full by RAMP Global from the employer.
  • The payment term will be displayed on the RAMP Global platform. You acknowledge that this will begin to run from the candidate’s contractually agreed start date.
  • For successful contractor placements, any fees payable to you may from time to time be agreed in a Statement of Work.
  • RAMP Global will pay any fees to you in line with the terms agreed. Please carefully follow the invoicing instructions notified to you by RAMP Global. A member of the accounts team will always be available to respond to any queries you have regarding payment.
